What does PerfectFulfill do?
PerfectFulfill has been trusted by many dropshippers since 2014. If you’d like, we can set up a video call. You can also pay for your orders through PayPal for added protection and guarantees.
Where is PerfectFulfill located?
We are located in Shenzhen, China, which is primarily used for freight forwarding.
How can I trust you? Do you offer any guarantees?
The PerfectFulfill team was established in 2014. If needed, we can have a video call. You can also choose to pay for your orders through PayPal, which offers protection and guarantees.
Do you have a MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Yes, our MOQ depends on the supplier’s requirements. Since we buy from wholesalers and factories, most of them have a MOQ of 3 or more.
Are your prices lower than Aliexpress?
Generally, yes, but we can’t always match the absolute lowest prices. We offer a much higher level of service, including faster shipping and excellent communication.
Can you recommend any hot-selling products from other clients?
No, we take our clients’ privacy very seriously and never share their data.
How do you charge for your dropshipping service?
We only charge you for the total product price and the shipping cost for each order, plus any optional custom packaging fees. No other hidden fees.
What is your capacity?
Currently, we handle 5,000 orders daily, and we’ve managed up to 10,000 orders a day during Q4 without any issues. Our team is experienced in this business.
Which APP do you use to integrate ?
We use Dianxiaomi, to fully integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok, and other ecommerce platforms.
What platforms do you use for communication?
Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Skype, Slack.
How quickly do you respond?
We usually respond within 12 hours, except on Sundays and certain Chinese national holidays.
Payments
Is there an initial setup fee?
There’s no setup fee. You only pay for your order, which includes the cost of products and shipping. There are no other hidden fees.
What payment options do you have?
We currently accept Wire/ACH and PayPal. Most of our clients send payments through TransferWise (Wise).
Can you send invoices?
Yes, every transaction is included to a detailed invoice to help legitimize your business, whether for payment processors or ad accounts.
Do you offer credit options?
No, we won’t ship any orders or dispatch any products unless your balance is positive.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, expedited shipping is only available for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the EU, and select countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, and even Africa. For countries without expedited shipping options, we use standard postal services.
What are your shipping times?
US 6-10 days, UK 5-7 days, CA 7-12 days, AU NZ 7-12 days, EU 7-12 days.
Are all your packages trackable?
Yes, all our tracking numbers can be tracked and include delivery information.
What is your processing time?
As long as we have the item in stock, we’ll ship it out within 24 hours. If it’s not in stock, it usually takes about 2-3 days to process your order.
What shipping lines do you use?
Yunexpress, 4PX, Yanwen, UBI, WanBang,HuaHan, DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.
Do you upload tracking numbers to my store?
Yes, after a few clicks, tracking numbers will be synced seamlessly.
Can you provide USPS tracking numbers?
Sure, we can provide last mile tracking numbers, like USPS for shipments to the US, so customers won’t know the package is coming from China.
Can you ship all types of products?
Yes, we can ship various special products, including cosmetics and health products with liquids and powders, candles, perfume, power banks, toy guns, and more.
Do you pack different products into one parcel?
Yes, we consolidate items into one shipment to save you money and improve customer experience.
Products
Can you source any product?
Mostly, yes. We can source most products made in China as long as you provide a URL, photo, or detailed specifications.
Do you offere product Inspection?
Yes, we inspect the products to ensure they’re in good condition before packing.
Can you do branding and custom packaging?
Yes, we can do packaging with your logo and any other custom requirements you have. Usually, there is a minimum order quantity. Find out more about our branding service.
Can you recommend any hot-selling products from other clients?
No, we take our clients’ privacy very seriously and never share their data.
Do you have a catalog?
We don’t have a catalog, we only source products when clients have orders to fulfill.
Do you take professional photos/videos for marketing purposes?
No, we don’t. We can take regular photos and videos of the products we ship to customers to show you what the actual products look like.
Reship,Refund & Return
What is your reship and refund policy?
We offer free replacements or refunds for defective products or undelivered packages on orders delivered within 90 days.
Do you notify pick-ups and offer free reshipping for returned packages?
We usually notify you when there’s a customer pick-up.; and offer one reshipment from overseas if a package is returned.
Do you have a return service?
Unfortunately, no. It costs too much for customers to return packages from overseas to China.
